吊裝帶使用在排水工程吊裝排水管道
案例概述：吊裝帶使用在排水系統升級吊裝排水管道作業工程。使用合成纖維吊裝帶吊裝排水管道。
案例詳述：
立秋季，河北大部分雨水增多，保定市近期幾場大雨造成市區內大部分馬路處于“望海”狀態。近期針對排水系統，正在大力進行升級改造。河北東圣吊索具編輯近期看到不少正在進行排水系統施工建筑工隊。
1、使用3噸3米吊裝帶吊裝水泥排水管道。水泥排水管道目測單個長度為2米左右，直徑約90公分以上，排水管道壁厚約5厘米左右，單個排水管道重量約為100公斤左右。
2、選擇排水管道直徑不是根據喜好隨便選擇，需要估算本市實際降水強度量，計算得出每年強降雨季節降水量，方能選擇適合的排水管直徑，之所以選擇鋼筋水泥管道，原因只有一個，這種管道常年掩埋于地下，即便是腐蝕，高溫低溫，受馬路行走車輛壓力下，都不會出現嚴重變形或被腐蝕現象。
3、選擇吊裝帶吊裝水泥管的原因：吊裝帶屬于柔性吊裝索具，使用合成纖維吊裝帶這種柔性吊索具吊裝質地堅硬的水泥管道相較于鋼絲繩或者鏈條都更加適合。柔性吊裝帶更加適合吊裝水泥管道，不會破壞水泥管道結構。
4、使用吊裝帶吊裝水泥排水管道，在水泥排水管道的下方，也就是排水管道安裝溝渠植被適當回填中粗砂，防止水泥管道與溝渠直接接觸，粗砂起到部分保護管材的作用，并且在吊裝帶吊裝水泥管道放置過程中可起到一定緩沖作用，有效保護管道結構。
